I've tried to cover everything you might need to know about ordering and returning items from Hannah Zakari on this page. If there is anything I have missed, please contact me to let me know.

Payment
Credit and Debit cards (by Worldpay)
We accept payment by Credit and Debit cards using Worldpay's secure servers, so you can be sure your personal details are safe. It is quick and easy to pay by Worldpay.
PayPal
We also accept PayPal for secure online payments.
Cheque
If you would rather not pay online, cheques and postal orders are also accepted
as payment from customers in the UK only. Please contact us with
the items you would like to purchase for further instructions.
Delivery

All orders placed are dispatched on the following working day (Mon - Fri).
If you have selected the Special Delivery postage option, your order should be
delivered within 1 working day of dispatch (not ordering). Unfortunately
we cannot guarantee a Saturday delivery.
We use Royal Mail to deliver items and cannot be held responsible for any
delays which occur once parcels have been dispatched. If you have not received
an order sent 1st Class within 15 working days please contact us and we will
file a lost item complaint to determine what has happened. For Recorded or
Special Delivery we can provide the tracking number on request. Thankfully,
such delays are very rare.

All orders placed are dispatched on the following working day (Mon - Fri).
Please note that any customs or import duties on international orders are
the responsibility of the customer, as these vary from country to country you
may like to check with your local customs office how much they are likely to
be.
Occasionally delays can occur with items going through customs and as such
we cannot predict how long your order will take to reach you, however, it is
usually within 10 working days.
If you would like to check the value of your order in another currency you
can do so at www.xe.com.
Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel your order you need to contact us as
soon as possible by phone or email to make us aware of this. We often post
items very quickly and cancellation is not possible if you order has been
packaged or dispatched, in this case you can return your order in accordance
with our returns policy.
Delivery to a different address
If your delivery name and address is different to your invoice name and
address your order will be sent separately to the addresses provided.
If the name is the same and the the address is different, both the invoice
and order will be sent in the same package.
If this is not what you want to happen please let us know in the order
comment box!
Returns
We want you to be delighted with your order! All pieces are guaranteed, and
if you do have any problems please contact us and we can arrange to fix or
exchange them for you. If you do need to return an item for any reason, please
email quoting your invoice number as soon as possible, and return the goods in
their original packaging via post, enclosing the completed returns slip at the
bottom of the invoice.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Hannah Zakari cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in the post.
Items are the customers responsibility until they are received and we recommend
sending them by registered delivery.
Postage charges are non-refundable and Hannah Zakari will pay for return
postage costs on faulty items only.

Gift Wrapping
If an item comes with wrapping this will be detailed in the description or
photos, otherwise items may come in a plain craft box or wrapped in tissue
paper.
If the item is for a gift and requires wrapping, please let us know in the
'comments' box when checking out and we will do our best to accomodate this.
Unfortunately we can only gift wrap large items such as bags in tissue paper,
so please bear this in mind.
Order Acceptance
Please note that order acceptance and the completion of the contract between
you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered,
unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have
cancelled it in accordance with our 'Cancelling an Order' procedure.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
Privacy Policy
We will never sell, lend or give away your email address to anyone.
We will only use the information that we collect about you to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.
We will give you the chance to opt out of receiving marketing emails from us in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:
- your name
- address
- phone number
- email address
This information is held securely.
We do not hold your credit/debit card details as these are passed directly to Worldpay/PayPal.
You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly.
Cookies
By default our shopping cart uses a "cookie" - this is a code stored by your browser which is used to identify you.
We use this so we can keep track of what is in your Shopping Bag when you are visiting the site.
