Here are the answers to some of the most commonly asked questions - if the
answer you are looking for isn't on the list please contact me.
Can I sell my designs on Hannah Zakari?
I'm always keeping an eye out for cool stuff to sell on Hannah Zakari. If you
are an independent designer with unique, handcrafted products and are
interested in selling your work on Hannah Zakari then get in touch! Please take

I'm not comfortable paying online - do you accept any other payment methods?
Credit card payments can also be taken over the phone or you can send a cheque
or postal order. Take a look at the Ordering page for further
details.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days (Mon - Fri) of
ordering and if you are in the UK should reach you within 5 working days.
International orders will take longer than this, usually 5 - 10 working days,
please read the Ordering page for details.
Do you sell internationally?
Yes I do. Please take a look at the ordering page to find out postage rates.
I need my order fast, can I come and collect it?
Sorry, this is not possible! Most customers are very pleasantly surprised at
how quickly their orders arrive in the post though!
When do you add new stock?
I update the website regularly, at least once a week. To see the very latest
items visit the What's New? page which displays everything in chronological
order.

where I post pictures of selected new items before they hit the shop!
Can you give me a discount?
I regularly include discount codes and special offers in my newsletter, please
sign up to my mailing list if you are interested.
Can you gift wrap my order?
Many items already come in pretty packaging - this will be detailed in the
description or photos, otherwise items come in a plain craft box or wrapped in
tissue paper.
If the item is for a gift and requires special attention, please let us know in
the 'comments' box when checking out and we will do our best to accomodate
this. Unfortunately we can only gift wrap larger items such as bags in tissue
paper, so please bear this in mind.
Do you sell wholesale?
I sell my own range of jewellery at wholesale prices to other retailers. There
are terms and conditions which apply so please email me for more details. You

Do you have a store?
At this time Hannah Zakari does not have a 'bricks and mortar' store, so you
will have to purchase all your goodies online!
Can you make ..... longer/shorter/in a different colour for me?
Possibly, it depends what item you want me to change for you. I make all

items myself so it's not usually a problem to adjust these to your
requirements, whereas items made by other designers are sold as seen only. Drop
me an email with the details and I'll get back to you as soon
as I can to let you know.
What is Gold Filled?
14k/20 Gold-fill is a durable metal that lasts longer than gold-plated and is less expensive than solid gold jewellery. In the jewellery industry the quantity of gold must be at least 1/20th by weight of the total product.
