Hello! I received the parcel last night. Thank you very much! I had a
horrible day at work, and it really cheered me up. :) Because of all the
personal touches you gave to the parcel (the address being hand-written,
the pretty paper and sticker you used to wrap one of the necklaces,
etc.), I felt as though I was receiving a gift from a friend, which was
really lovely. Please keep up your good work!
My friend received the package on Thursday morning and managed to avoid opening it until we were together on Friday. She absolutely adores the necklace (and the packaging). I emailed you a few weeks ago about the "Just the one" earrings
which had sold out, but i'm happy cos I managed to snap up a pair when they
reappeared on your site, plus the lovebirds studs and they both came
yesterday and are adorable! I love, love, love the stuff on your site, and I
have to congratulate you for the frequent updates and the excellent customer
service you offer. I'm ordering from Greece, and still the jewellery come in
one piece and super-quickly! The sole complaint I have is that a lot of
stuff sells out pretty quickly and I don't have enough time contemplating
about charging my card again and again... :)

I ordered a Mobile Phone charm for a present on Thursday and was amazed when I received it on the Friday.
